Nirvana Audio provides downloadable sound effects and audio files for personal and commercial use. By purchasing or downloading sounds from Nirvana Audio, you agree to these terms.

2. License Grant

Each purchased sound comes with a royalty-free license that grants you the right to use the sound in:

  • Videos (YouTube, social media, film, advertising)
  • Podcasts and audio productions
  • Games and software applications
  • Presentations and live events
  • Music productions and remixes

The license is perpetual, worldwide, and non-exclusive. You may use purchased sounds in unlimited projects.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the raw sound files as standalone products
  • Include sounds in competing sound effect libraries or marketplaces
  • Claim ownership or copyright over the original sound files
  • Use sounds in a way that implies endorsement by Nirvana Audio

You may use sounds as part of a larger work (video, game, song) without restriction. The restriction only applies to selling or distributing the isolated sound file itself.

4. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices may change at any time, but purchased sounds retain their license regardless of future price changes.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of sound files, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after download. If you experience a technical issue with a purchased file, contact us and we will provide a replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All sound files, website content, and branding are owned by Nirvana Audio. The purchase of a sound grants a usage license, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer

Sounds marketed for sleep, focus, relaxation, or wellness are provided as audio tools, not medical devices or treatments. Nirvana Audio makes no medical claims. Consult a healthcare professional for medical conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

Nirvana Audio may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
